I was born in Mumbai – Maharashtra – india and did my graduation from mumbai university.

After graduation I went to study Law but I got married in the first year and moved overseas. Yoga was always my passion and I learnt during my teenage times from Award Winning Sadashiv Nimalkar. I have always focused on my health and fitness and my passion became a profession after that. I got my fitness certificate from FIFA fitnation by Michelle Brigade who is my Guru. I am also a registered fit

ness instructor with Fitness Australia. I have been conducting yoga classes for more than 15 years now. I have been providing services to Blacktown City Council, Sydney Olympic Park and YMCA. Also I have been nominated as finalist by the city council this year and would like to give credit to my family and my lovely clients

I provide range of classes from Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced level to Kids, Adults, Retirees and people with chronic health issues. Reiki

I am a certified Grand Master in Reiki healing and provide free services to Cancer patients during their final stages for more than 15 years.
