Project spotlight: Mineral Resources Childcare Centre, Osborne Park WA.

This refurbished early-learning facility was built for MinRes employees, right next to their head office. The smart move? Fitting it with the same zencontrol DALI-2 lighting control system already running in the main building.

The result is one unified lighting network across the site. Automated control through motion sensors, real-time monitoring through the BMS, and a system the facilities team already knows how to use.

Lumen Resources supplied the DALI products, with Vision Cabling and DALI Solutions handling integration and Hoskins as builder.
