There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. It really comes down to the type of support you need and how you want that support to work within your business.

If you need flexible, cost-effective support without adding another employee, a Virtual Assistant could be a great fit.

If you need someone working closely with you day-to-day as part of your team, a Personal Assistant may be the better option.

Hi, I’m Tracey, the face behind Admin With Ease. 👋

I thought it was time for a little reintroduction as we have hit the halfway point of 2026 and to share a little how I started my Virtual Assistant business.

For years, I watched tradie friends work long days, give everything to their clients and build great businesses.

They were brilliant at what they did, but when they left site, the admin was still waiting.

📧 Emails needed answering.
🧾 Invoices needed sending.
📋 Paperwork needed completing.
⏰ And weekends often became catch-up days.

After more than 30 years working in administration, I knew how much of a difference good systems and organised processes could make.

I also knew that many business owners didn't need to work harder.

They needed support.

And that's where Admin With Ease came in.

My mission is simple: to support, sort and simplify the admin side of business, giving small business owners more time to focus on their clients, their team and growing their business.
