Remember in the past when being busy, hustling 24/7 is like a badge of honour and everyone applauds?

Although I agree that sometime as business owners, we need to push through and work long hours, weekends etc I also believe that it should be just a season or a “sometimes” thing and not the norm - hello burnout, hello exhausted and hello not sustainable.

If you still think I do everything is good for you, please DM me and I’d love to have a chat x

Let them fix their own mistakes is one of the greatest leadership lessons I’ve learned or maybe I’m just lazy?

There’s a shame and sense of embarrassment when we share our failures. As someone, who’s not comfortable with sharing online, this one is a first for me. But I feel like maybe sharing our flops is more useful than just sharing the fun and wins when running a business.

I’d love to learn from your journey, tag me when you share your flops…

I was on a 7-week holiday when one of our clients mentioned us on stage at a wellness industry conference.

We didn’t sponsor the event. We had no idea she’d do that.

I woke up to 30+ new followers and 5 new leads overnight.
She was asked what advice she’d give studio owners like her, and she talked about her VA. Swipe to read what she said.

Bernie is one of the most hardworking, generous and gorgeous (inside and out) women I’ve come across in business. Even her VA Kate Romana Cavida says her work ethic is unbelievable.

We get feedback and recommendations every week, and it still warms my heart every time.

If you’re building your business after the kids are asleep, or after your 9 to 5 and on weekends, give yourself a massive cuddle! It’s not easy and yet you’re trying.

I did it for 3.5 years. By day I was a chief cost estimator for an ASX listed company. After work and on weekends, I was quietly building OC.

No business background, no network, no capital. Just curiosity and a relentless will to learn lol! Past midnight figuring out WordPress and joining way too many FB groups.

I’m not saying I can retire in the South of France on a yacht sipping ch*****ne all day, private jet kinda lifestyle. But I think I’ve done well enough based on where I started. These days I intentionally have a flexible schedule, include travels and personal time with people I love before work.

If you’re in your after 5pm season, keep going. It doesn’t have to stay like this.

What does your Tuesday look like?

If every meeting with your front desk and clinic admin team ends with ‘we need help’ or ‘we don’t have someone to help us with these’ then you need one or two of our healthcare admin to support them; not replace - support!

DM us and we can chat how we can support you and your team.
