Multiple CFS crews, Farm Fire Units, fire bombing aircraft and our Victorian neighbours from the Country Fire Authority are currently on scene at a grass fire at Hynam, in the South East of the state.

Crews are actively working the fire.

And while the Montacute fire kept many crews busy, there was another fire at Hawthordene this afternoon.

Ground crews, with assistance from firebombing aircraft were able to get on top of this fire before it spread too far.
