Stone replacement is often necessary when a water and damp damage has been left un attended.
Always get an experienced heritage builder,install an airdrain if possible and not a quick fix injection when it becomes an issue.

2 years in the off season,rebuilding the facade of the national listed Henry Jones IXL buildings.
Over 70 pc of the stones,individually taken out,replicated and replaced.
One of my favorites.
