The squad is locked in and The NQ Heat are ready to bring the heat to the 2026 Townsville Mendi 9’s! 🏉🔥

The NQ Heat represents a combined Northern Police Region team, bringing together players from the Northern Stingers, based in Townsville, and the Mount Isa Mongrels.

Two clubs. One Northern Region. One Heat. 🔥

After months of preparation, the team will head into the Men’s Shield competition at Jack Manski Oval from 2–4 October 2026, ready to test themselves against some of the best 9’s teams around.

In 2025, I did some work with the U17 Central Tigers Rugby League team for the season. I recorded the game and then broke down each game, getting stats for the coach to analyse both opponents and their own stats. Below is just a snippet of what was obtained from a season.

This could be used for post-game Basketball, NRL, AFL, or any sport.

If you can send me the video, I can break it down and get you the stats you need.

Dear All, Recently, Basketball Australia is no longer allowing BA Pathways to sell footage to parents and organisations for the purpose of creating highlights or keepsakes.

This decision unfairly impacts parents, businesses, and other organisations that rely on accessing this footage. As a business owner with over 9 years of experience producing high-quality highlights, I am particularly affected as I depend on parents to provide me with footage.

I hope that Basketball Australia will reconsider this decision, given the significant investment parents make to participate in national competitions.
