Take small breaks. We may be inclined to power through the workday, but stopping for breaks actually helps your clarity and focus.
Prioritize what matters. Let go of the need to do everything! Delegate where you can, and allow the less important tasks to wait.
Practice empathy. Give yourself the gift of releasing that judgemental inner voice that tells you that you’re not doing enough.
