💙 GOODBYE ALLURE CLEANING & CO — THE END OF ONE CHAPTER & THE BEGINNING OF OURS 💙
I’ve started writing this post more times than I can count because I genuinely didn’t know how to put into words what this business has meant to me.
But the time has come…
Allure Cleaning & Co is officially shutting its doors.
Even typing those words makes me emotional.
Because Allure was never just a cleaning business to me.
It was something I built from the ground up during a time in my life when I needed to create a better future for myself and my daughter.
I didn't start with a big team, a perfect business plan or all the answers.
I just started.
And somehow, one job turned into another. One client recommended me to another. My little business started growing, and before I knew it, Allure Cleaning & Co became a huge part of my life.
It gave me independence.
It gave me confidence.
It taught me how strong and capable I actually was.
There were incredibly long days, late nights, tears, mistakes, lessons and plenty of moments where I wondered what on earth I was doing.
But there were also moments where I stood back, looked at what I'd created and thought…
I actually built this. 🥹
And through so much of that journey, there has been someone standing quietly behind me.
My partner. 💙
While Allure may have been my business, he has been one of the biggest supporters behind it.
He has listened to the ideas.
He has heard about the good days and the terrible ones.
He has watched me celebrate the wins, stress over the problems, change direction a hundred times and dream about what this business could eventually become.
And now he's doing something pretty incredible.
He's leaving his job as a tradie to join me at Decon Property Group.
He's walking away from the security and familiarity of his own job to bring his trade experience, hands-on knowledge and practical skills into what we're building together.
And I don't take that lightly.
Because this isn't just someone joining my business.
This is my partner backing my dream enough to make it his dream too.
For years, I've said my business.
Now I get to say…
our business. 🥹💙
We are going to be working side by side, combining my experience, training and everything I've learnt from building Allure with his years of experience working as a tradie.
We have different strengths.
Different knowledge.
Different experiences.
But we share the same work ethic and the same vision for where we want to take this.
And that is exactly what Decon Property Group represents.
🏠 We are now officially trading as DECON PROPERTY GROUP.
This isn't simply a new business name.
It isn't just a new logo or a fresh page.
It's an entirely new chapter for us.
We're taking a leap together.
We're taking everything we've learnt individually and bringing it together to build something we're both incredibly proud of.
I'm not going to pretend it isn't scary.
We're taking risks.
We're stepping outside what is comfortable.
We're putting a lot of faith in ourselves and in each other.
But sometimes the biggest opportunities in life require you to back yourself before you know exactly how the story is going to turn out.
And that's exactly what we're doing.
We're backing ourselves. We're backing each other. And we're building this together.
Allure Cleaning & Co gave me the foundation.
Decon Property Group is what we're going to build on top of it.
To every person who supported Allure — thank you.
To every client who trusted me inside their home.
To every person who recommended my business.
To everyone who shared a post, tagged my page, left a review or told someone about me.
To the people who supported me when Allure was tiny and those who joined somewhere along the way…
You helped me get here.
And I will never forget that. 🩵
Closing Allure isn't about walking away from everything I've built.
It's about taking everything it gave me and turning it into something bigger.
So this isn't really goodbye.
It's more of a…

Thank you for the lessons.
Thank you for the hard days that made me stronger.

Thank you for giving me somewhere to start.

I started Allure Cleaning & Co trying to create a better future for my daughter and myself.
Now my partner and I are stepping into the next chapter side by side and building that future together. 🥹💙
