Sheppard Mining Contracting is expanding its underground division in Western Australia. We are seeking a motivated Leading Hand Underground Service Crew person to join our team in a Kalgoorlie Residential Position.

This pivotal role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of underground leadership experience, in addition to strong service crew skills. You will coordinate daily activities, provide mentorship, and liaise with supervisors to ensure safe and efficient operations.

We offer:

Competitive remuneration ($60–$65/hr)
