Yesterday’s Delivery was to a girl between the ages of 18-24. She was in isolation yet…..she was having a pool party outside with friends. She had a mask on, but her friends didn’t.

Too risky, and had to cancel her order. Some items were delivered, but some weren’t. The ones that weren’t were credited back to her.

The driver was threatened by the customer “I’m going to make a complaint”.

I approved the cancellation. The safety of the driver is compromised, and all those other customers who receive deliveries from us.
