A little peek behind the scenes of my other business 💛

For a long time, my world was work from home, support amazing women in business (which I still love deeply), and juggle life in between school runs, sport, dinner and everything else.

Running a business from home is incredible (and I’m so grateful for it), but there’s something special about sitting across from someone, sharing stories, laughing over coffee and realising you’re not the only one navigating the juggle.

So I went searching for it.

And while there were some great spaces out there, so many just didn’t fit real mum life.
The timing was tricky.
The energy felt forced.
And honestly, some of it felt like another thing to perform at rather than a place to belong.

What surprised me most was how many women felt exactly the same way.

So instead of trying to squeeze ourselves into something that wasn’t built for our season of life, Ash and I decided to create something that was.

We created and it has been one of the most rewarding things along side Em and Co.
Watching friendships form, confidence grow and conversations flow so naturally reminds me why connection matters just as much as strategy.

Sometimes growth isn’t about adding more to your plate.
It’s about building spaces that fill your cup instead.

(And yes… there’s still plenty of tea involved)

The glamorous juggle (spoiler: it’s not).

This morning I had a planning call, a child asking what time lunch was at 9:47am, and a mental note that someone needs clean socks… again.

This is the season I’m in.
Work still matters.
Life still matters.
And they’re both happening at the same time whether I like it or not.

There’s no neat separation right now.
No clearly defined “work hours” and “life hours.”
Just pockets of focus between school questions, snack requests, and whatever pops up next.

And honestly?
This is exactly why I care so much about systems that don’t rely on perfect conditions.

Because if your business only works when the house is quiet,
the kids are settled,
and nothing unexpected happens…
it’s going to struggle in real life.

Real life is noisy.
It’s interrupted.
It’s unpredictable.

And your business has to be able to hold you inside that, not demand silence before it functions.

Ask me how I know.

There’s a lot being planned behind the scenes at the moment to do with work, personal life, family and more….
Some of it is clear.
Some of it is still taking shape.

Instead of waiting until everything is locked in, I’m planning in layers.

What needs to be held now.
What can stay flexible.
What decisions can wait.

This is where systems matter more than motivation.
They give you structure without forcing certainty.
They let you keep moving even when not everything is final.

That’s the kind of support I focus on building.
Not rigid setups.
But ones that adapt as life shifts.

If your business is entering a season of change, the FLOW quiz can help you name what kind of support would actually help right now.

School holidays are usually when cracks start to show.
Not because anything’s gone wrong, but because there’s less room to prop things up.

Shorter work windows.
More interruptions.
Less tolerance for inefficiency.

If a system only works when life is quiet and predictable, it’s going to struggle in seasons like this.

That’s something I’m very conscious of right now.
I’m not trying to create perfect routines or squeeze more in.
I’m adjusting what’s already in place so things keep moving without everything living in my head.

Good systems don’t demand ideal conditions.
They support you when conditions aren’t ideal.

If you’ve been circling the idea of support but aren’t sure what actually needs changing, the outsourcing guide is designed to help you sort that out calmly. Grab my free Guide to Outsourcing to take the first step in making 2026 look very different for you.

I didn’t rush back online at the start of January, and to be honest I went missing most of December.
Not because I wasn’t working, but because my attention was elsewhere.

School holidays change the shape of my days.
My eldest graduated from primary school
My mum arrived from the UK
And the normal Christmas mayhem

Work still happens, just differently.
And
And social media isn’t always where my focus needs to be.

I know how quickly that can trigger the feeling of being behind.
Like you’ve missed a memo or dropped a ball.

You haven’t.
Neither have I.

Sometimes the most sensible thing you can do is stay focused on what actually needs you, and return to visibility when it fits.

This is me easing back in.
No big restart.
Just continuing from where I left!

If your business feels steady but mentally heavy, the FLOW quiz can help you pinpoint where the pressure is really coming from.

A new year usually comes with a lot of noise.
Plans.
Goals.
Declarations about what’s going to be different.

This year, I’m coming into it a little more quietly, but very clear.

The year didn’t begin with a blank page.
It began in the middle of school holidays, with work still moving, and a fairly big life shift being planned alongside everything else.(more on that later.)

Rather than setting resolutions, intentions, or even picking my word of the year, I’ve been looking back at what actually held things together in 2025.

What supported the work when life was full

What created steadiness when days weren’t neat or predictable? (AKA 90% of the time)

That’s what I’m carrying into this new year.

Not a complete reset.
Not a reinvention.
Just a commitment to refining what already exists so it continues to support the season ahead.

If you’re stepping into this year feeling capable, but aware that something behind the scenes needs attention, you’re not behind.

You’re paying attention. You are aware!

And that’s usually where the best decisions start.

I might be bucking the trend, but I've never been trendy 🫤😂

You’ve worked hard for this — the business, the clients, the life you’ve built.
You’ve done what needed to be done, even when you were tired, even when no one else saw the effort it took.
And maybe now you’re ready for it to feel different.

Not easier, necessarily, but steadier. Lighter. More aligned.
You don’t need a complete reinvention.
You just need a system that supports the version of you that’s leading now.
So as this year winds down, give yourself that promise:
Next year, things will run differently.
Not because you’ll try harder, but because you’ll finally have the support, structure, and clarity to make it flow.
You owe yourself that much.

Treat yourself to an early Christmas present and book my last Focus Session of 2025

I don’t know about you, but December always feels like someone’s pressed fast forward. School concerts, end-of-year deadlines, Christmas lists as long as your arm. And then January rolls in with six weeks of summer holidays, kids at home, routines gone, and the heat zapping any leftover energy.

Here’s the thing: if you wait until January to “sort your business out,” you’re already behind. January isn’t when clarity happens; it’s when you’re juggling sunscreen, play days, and keeping the fridge stocked while you play the never ending job of short order cook!

That’s why I always say November and early December is the golden window, before you are at the mercy of everyone and everything else.
A 90-minute Focus Session now gives you:
✨ A clear picture of what’s slowing you down
✨ A plan for what to prioritise
✨ Breathing space before Christmas even hits

When the backend clutter is cleared, the rest of life feels easier.
If you want to glide into 2026 feeling like the CEO instead of crawling into it with exhaustion, Now is the time to do it.

P.S I have only ONE Focus Session space left for 2025.

I still remember the first task I ever outsourced. It was something small — a recurring admin job that I could technically do in my sleep.
But handing it over felt like giving away a piece of myself.

When you’ve built something from the ground up, letting go feels vulnerable.
But the moment you do, something shifts.
You realise how much energy you’ve been wasting holding onto things that don’t need you.
That’s the kind of leadership I help women step into — one where trust, structure, and clear systems make space for you to lead again.

Letting go doesn’t mean stepping away. It means stepping into your role as the CEO, not the bottleneck.

I used to think slowing down meant losing momentum.
That if I stopped, everything I’d worked for would start to slip away.
But last summer, I made a choice.

I shut the laptop, put my phone away, and sat by the pool while my kids splashed and laughed.
And when I opened my emails again later, the world hadn’t ended.

That’s the gift of systems. They don’t just save time, they give you presence.
They let you actually be where your feet are, not constantly two steps ahead in your head.
This summer, you don’t have to earn your rest.
You just have to prepare for it.

Take your first step towards preparation, head to my links and take the Flow Quiz to see where
