🚨 Student Dependent Visa Refusal নিয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সতর্কতা! 🇦🇺
গত কয়েক মাসে আমাদের হাতে প্রক্রিয়াকৃত কিছু Student Subsequent Entrant / Student Dependent visa ফাইল থেকে আমরা একটি বিষয় লক্ষ্য করেছি—
যেখানে Australia-তে থাকা student applicant-এর profile strong নয়, course progress সন্তোষজনক নয়, বা course-এর উল্লেখযোগ্য অংশ সম্পন্ন হয়নি, সেখানে dependent visa application-এ refusal risk অনেক বেশি দেখা যাচ্ছে।
বিশেষ করে, offshore spouse applicant-এর নিজের দেশে current job, proper study prospect, financial/social ties বা future plan দুর্বল হলে case officer genuine temporary stay এবং overall circumstances নিয়ে প্রশ্ন তুলতে পারেন।
তবে এর মানে এই নয় যে offshore spouse-এর job না থাকলেই visa refuse হবে।
আমাদের সাম্প্রতিক অভিজ্ঞতায় দেখা যাচ্ছে, যদি Australia-তে থাকা student-এর study progress ভালো থাকে, course-এর significant part completed থাকে, relationship genuine and well-documented হয়, এবং overall application properly explained হয়—তাহলে offshore spouse-এর current job বা strong study prospect না থাকলেও অনেক ক্ষেত্রে visa grant হচ্ছে।
তাই Student Dependent Visa application করার আগে শুধু relationship documents দিলেই হবে না। Principal student-এর course progress, academic history, relationship evidence, financial capacity, offshore applicant-এর circumstances এবং overall explanation খুব carefully prepare করতে হবে।
