Meet Alex 👋🏻

Alex is one of the two directors behind AXJ Construction, he’s a licensed builder and usually the first person our clients speak to.

From that first phone call, through quoting, planning, construction and handover, Alex stays personally involved throughout the entire build.

He's always focused on what's next for AXJ, growing the business around a small number of carefully selected custom homes each year. Keeping the personal involvement and attention to detail that helped get us here in the first place, making sure we never become a volume builder.

Meet Joby 👋🏻

Joby is one of the two directors behind AXJ Construction. He’s a qualified builder who keeps the day to day operations running and quality high across every project.

You’ll regularly find him on site working alongside the crew & keeping the vibes high. He’s very much a hands on builder and likes making sure things are done properly to our high AXJ standard.

Outside of work, he’s a family man with his wife and three boys. Hopefully his boys will be wearing the AXJ badge themselves one day.

Meet Taidgh 👋🏻

Taidgh has been part of AXJ Construction since day one, working alongside us as both a carpenter and one of our best mates.

He simply gets work done. His productivity is a big reason our projects keep moving and if you’re working alongside him, you definitely won’t want to slack off because you'll hear about it.

His work ethic and craftsmanship are A+. Showing in every project he works on.

We’re lucky to have him as part of the AXJ team.

Meet Saxon 👋🏻

Saxon recently joined the AXJ Construction team as our new apprentice carpenter.

He’s certainly been thrown straight into it, already completing two Mecca Australia projects with us in an extremely fast paced environment.

It’s been a great introduction to the industry, working alongside the team, learning on the go and seeing first hand what it takes to deliver high quality work under tight timeframes.

Saxon has settled into the team really well and we’re looking forward to watching him develop his skills and grow with AXJ over the coming years.
