A dad may teach you how to work,

He doesn’t need to have the answers,
Or always lead the way,
Sometimes the greatest lessons come
From what he does each day.

He teaches strength with kindness,
That respect is something earned,
That mistakes can build you stronger,
When you listen and you learn.

A good dad is more than family,
He’s a mentor and a guide,
The steady voice that tells you,
“Give it everything you’ve got — at least you tried.”

And as the years keep moving,
His lessons travel too,
Because the person that you become
Carries part of him in you.

Not every project goes exactly to plan, and this week was a perfect example. When things didn’t go the way anyone expected, our team stepped up, adapted quickly, and got everything back on track.

A huge credit goes to our incredible admin team and our Team Leaders for staying calm under pressure, finding solutions, and ensuring the project continued to move forward successfully. This is exactly what teamwork looks like.
