We launched the first version of our new product Haen Careers (www.haen.careers) in December 2021. Haen Careers is a combination of job search engine, where employers, HRs and recruiters can post a job, application tracking system (ATS) where employers can receive applications from applicants, and also a place for people to advertise or find local career development services.

At this point the first version is in its infancy with the minimum options, but it works; it is THE FIRST VERSION so we don’t have high expectation. We made it available Free of charge for time being so any Australian business be able to advertise a job for FREE.

The issue
------------
At the moment we are working on the second version of the application and since the application is there to empower you as an employer or a career service provider, we need to hear your voice and opinion. Hence we need your vote on the following:

In our first version, the personal account and the business account is combined. That means you can have one account for both. You create your personal account, your career profile, your organisation profile, post a job ad and track the applications under the same account.

For our second version we are divided. Some of us think it is a good idea to follow the same approach as it is; One account. Others however, believe on separation: job seekers and applicants to have their own account, and businesses to have their own. That means if you want to have your career profile, you create a personal account, and if you want to employ someone, you create business account separated from your personal account.

Each approach has its own pros and cons and we are aware of them.
