On April 22nd, a few of us are competing in a surfing competition to raise funds for Lifeline.

Did you know that in Australia almost 8 people die by su***de every day and more than seven su***de attempts occur every hour?

Lifeline Northern Beaches receives around 100 calls per day and it costs Lifeline $27.96 for every call responded to. Every dollar raised at The Lifeline Northern Beaches Classic will help SAVE LIVES.

It's the end of year... I know I am counting down the DAYS until holidays begin - which inspired me to write this post:

Lets not sugar coat this. Being a mum is hard freaking work. It’s definitely the hardest thing I have ever had to do. In saying that, it is also an experience I would never give up, for anything. I am not one to over share on social media, but my beautiful family is my pride…
