There’s something pretty special about watching a group of little footy players working together, encouraging each other and having fun while doing it.

The sportsmanship, teamwork and camaraderie these young Cubs showed is bloody impressive — and it’s a pretty good sign of the amazing future they have in store.

Tight spaces.
Brutal days.
And a couple of red dogs keeping everyone on their toes.

Working alongside the JALK Industries and Ostwald Steele Electrical MVP's and our favourite EMECO fitter, swinging spanners, meant today kept the laughs coming and between us all we pretty much know everything, except how to write a poem.😂

There’s a few places we really enjoy lending a hand, and Burton is bloody high on that list. 🤝

From the atmosphere to the people on the ground, nothing is ever too hard and nothing is ever a drama. Everyone looks out for each other, gets stuck in and gets the job done.

This week we’ve jumped in to cover for a supervisor who was due a well-earned break. We were more than happy to step up and keep things ticking along while he took some time off.

Good crew, good atmosphere and good people to work with. That’s what makes a site a good site.

But in all seriousness, Brett genuinely loves what he does and he shows up and locks in...
He just doesn’t love the early mornings, the alarm, or the part where his feet have to actually hit the floor.

Not bad for a bloke who's usually allergic to social media. 👏

Safe to say, the generator is looking pretty schmick now it's all stickered up and out on hire.

We traded toolboxes for camp chairs... just temporarily.

For a couple of days, we stepped away from the heavy equipment to cheer from the sideline as our young bloke represents his school in the CQ Shield.

We spend most days keeping machines in the field and production moving, but every now and then it's time to park the tools and be there for the moments that matter most.

Turns out the toolbox isn't the only thing we know how to handle.

We've been helping with a demobe, escorting machines from A to B and making sure the only thing taking the scenic route is us.

Whether it's fixing the gear or moving it, we're always happy to get stuck in.

Because machines don't relocate themselves... no matter how long you stare at them.
