SIRES OF THE 2026 GSYS | LAWSONS MOONSHINE-HSH

A proven performer with versatility, athleticism and temperament — LAWSONS MOONSHINE-HSH is represented by two lots in the 2026 Great Southern Yearling Sale.

A Novice Campdraft stallion, Moonshine has won multiple Juvenile Campdrafts, collected multiple Champion and Supreme Hack and Working titles, placed at Royal level, and won the Cattle Section of the 2026 ABBEY Open Challenge at ASHS Nationals.

Moonshine is a beautiful, athletic and calm-natured horse, and is showing those same qualities through his progeny.

And this November marks a first.

SIRES OF THE 2026 GSYS | LONE PINE FLYN-HSH

A champion in his own right and a proven sire of the next generation.

Lone Pine Flyn-HSH comes from a family steeped in performance. His sire, Lone Pine LT-HSH, was a back-to-back Supreme Champion at Sydney Royal, setting a pretty impressive foundation for what was to follow.

Flyn went on to build an outstanding record of his own:

🏆 Winner – 2014 ASHS National 3YO Futurity
🏆 Winner – 2015 ASHS National 4YO Maturity
🏆 2015 National Show Champion Working Stallion
🏆 Supreme Led – 2013 Canberra Royal

And now, his progeny are carrying that performance forward.

His daughter Lone Pine Alice-HSH was the 2024 ASHS National Five Year Old Challenge Champion, also taking Highest Placed HSH and Highest Placed Mare.

Alice also claimed the 2023 Triple Crown and Supreme Led at Canberra Royal in 2024.

The Australian Stock Horse Society describes Flyn as “a champion breeding champions,” with his progeny recognised for their quiet temperaments and versatility.

From Lone Pine LT-HSH, through Flyn and now into his progeny, there are generations of proven performance behind this sire.

There are some seriously proven mares sitting behind this year's GSYS line-up and Condalisa Smooth is certainly one of them.

By Smooth As A Cat and out of Kemmis Condalisa Acres, a daughter of Hazelwood Conman, Condalisa Smooth carries some highly regarded performance bloodlines.

In 2023, she turned heads at the Nutrien Masters Sale, where she was the top-priced mare of the sale, selling for an impressive $82,000.

And she's not just backed by pedigree and sale-ring appeal she's a competitive campdraft mare, including a placing in the James Clarke Memorial Open at the 2024 Braidwood Campdraft.

Proven performance. Proven progeny.

Tamarang Destinys Serenity is another accomplished sire represented in the 2026 Great Southern Yearling Sale.

By Acres Destiny and out of the exceptional Oaks Serene, Serenity comes from a performance family with some serious credentials. Oaks Serene was a two-time Sydney Royal World Championship Campdraft winner, ABCRA Open Horse of the Year and is credited with an incredible 80 campdraft wins.

Serenity went on to build an impressive record of his own, including:

• 2nd – 2018 Landmark Classic Open
• Winner – 2018 Trafalgar Open Campdraft
• 3rd – 2017 Landmark Classic Stallion Shootout
• 4th – 2015 ASHS National Open Challenge
• 2nd Working & 5th Hack – 2015 Sydney Royal

And the performance runs in the family — Serenity's full brother Serene Acres won the 2011 Warwick Gold Cup.

Tocal Quality Time is another proven mare sitting behind the 2026 Great Southern Yearling Sale line-up.

Bred by Tocal College, she is by Peelvale Maestro out of Tocal Elite-HSH, combining quality Australian Stock Horse breeding with proven performance.

Quality Time was Reserve Champion Led Mare and winner of her Hack class at Sydney Royal in 2021, and she also topped the mare section at the 2019 Tocal Approved Australian Stock Horse Sale, selling for $14,500.

A mare with proven quality, presence and performance behind her and one of the many accomplished mares represented in this year's line-up.

MARES OF THE 2026 GSYS | ONE FANCY HAT

A mare with the runs on the board!
One Fancy Hat has proven herself where it counts.

By A Cool Acre and out of Hard One To Please 02, Fancy won her Maiden Campdraft as a five yr old and has gone on to earn placings across Ladies, Novice and Open campdrafts.

She has also made her mark at the Nutrien Classic, with finals appearances across the Ladies Campdraft, Young Guns Campdraft, Young Guns Challenge and Masters Challenge, recording campdraft scores as high as 93.

And she’s still right amongst it.

In 2025, Jane Fitzgerald and One Fancy Hat placed 2nd in the Open Campdraft at Barraba Show.

Now Fancy is represented by the next generation, with her progeny offered in the 2026 Great Southern Yearling Sale.

A proven performance mare, from a performance pedigree, and a mare well worth following through her progeny.
