If someone asked you, "Why should we hire you?" could you answer confidently?
Many of us struggle, not because we lack experience, but because we find it difficult to put our skills, achievements and strengths into words. We often underestimate ourselves because what comes naturally to us can feel just like an everyday thing, and doesn't feel like a skill that may appeal to an employer.
A great resume isn't about using fancy words. It's about choosing the right words, the words that connect your experience to what an employer is looking for, and the words that show your value, not just your job history.
If you're finding it hard to know what to write, that's where I come in. Sometimes all it takes are the right words to uncover what makes you stand out.
