Are you a leader? Helping people who lead within a business and those who lead their own business is something I value highly. Here are just a small handful of reasons I see this work as important:

1. Having a deep understanding of who you are is the key to acceptance, which is also a majorly important foundational step of growth. - Misunderstanding the behavioural styles of yourself and others leads to miscommunication, frustration and unnecessary conflict.
2. Every person in a leadership position has the opportunity to enjoy this important role and to enjoy working with those in their team.
3. I believe that leaders, like no other role, has the opportunity to impact the most lives in either a positive or negative way. It's my mission to make that a positve impact.
4. Everyone should enjoy going to work and enjoy their private space afterwards.
5. The ripple effect is a powerful one. My intention is that it will be the most postivie ripple effect we can create!

KDLCoaching has been a lttle quiet recently due to the passing, a few weeks ago, of my beloved dad. While the grieving process is a work in progress, I am looking forward to getting back into what I love doing, one wonderfully managed step at a time.
