Plan. Price. Profit.

It’s a 4 week live workshop for business owners who want to stop winging it and start running a tighter, calmer, more profitable business.

Here’s what we lock in over 4 weeks:

PLAN
A simple plan that actually gets used. Clear priorities, clear actions, clear targets.

PRICE
Pricing that makes sense. Not “what everyone else charges”, but what your business needs to be profitable.

PROFIT
A profit system you can repeat. So you can pay yourself properly, build a buffer, and grow without the stress.

Practical steps. Real numbers. Clean ex*****on.

If you’re done with being flat out but not feeling ahead, this is for you.

If you’re interested to find out more, you’re welcome to shoot me a DM or head to www.paulmccasker.com/planpriceprofit for more info.

A good opportunity can still be a distraction.

It came up again in a coaching session today! I see business owners get stuck not because they lack ideas, but because they chase the next “great thing” before the current thing is working properly.

New product. New service. New market. New platform.
All potentially good opportunities.

But not always the right now opportunity.

"Right now” shouldn't be about about excitement, it’s should be about capacity:

Do you actually have the time, cashflow, systems, and team bandwidth to execute it well… without breaking everything else?

When the foundations aren’t solid, a new opportunity rarely fixes that. It usually just adds complexity, pressure, stress, and more half-finished projects.

Most profit isn’t hiding in the next big idea.
It’s hiding in the basics you haven’t fully maximised yet.

Things like:

- tightening pricing and margins

- converting more of the leads you already get

- consistent follow-up

- clarifying your offer so people actually “get it”

- building a simple weekly marketing rhythm

- removing bottlenecks so you’re not the whole business

Here's my suggestion: Before you say YES to the shiny opportunity, run it through this filter:

Will it increase profit in the next 30–90 days?

Can we execute it properly with our current capacity?

Does it strengthen the core, or distract from it?

Is there an easier win we’re ignoring?

If it fails the test, it might still be a great idea. Note it down in detail, but don't daydream about it any longer than necessary. You can even start a little black book or a dedicated google sheet where these ideas can live until such a time that it makes sense to implement them.
Just not a right now idea.

Does this resonate for you? Let me know!

A few weeks in, the motivation dip hits. The noise creeps back in. Doubt gets louder. And suddenly the big plans you have for your business start to feel a little heavy.

This is an encouragement to you: you don’t need a massive breakthrough.
You just need small, intentional wins. Done consistently.

One clear decision.
One thing moved forward.
One action that puts you in a better position than yesterday.

Keep showing up. Keep building. Keep stacking the ‘boring’ wins. You’ve got this!

How are you going with your new years resolutions for your business?

Hidden profits found. Real change, real fast.

Last month, a local service based business sat down with me to share their concerns. They were working harder than ever, and their revenue and increased dramatically, but they had still only taken home the same amount in profit, they had the year before.

This isn't uncommon. I experienced this in my own business journey, particularly in the first 5 years where I was intentionally scaling, but taking my eye off profit margins.

Within a couple of hours with this business owner, we uncovered over $30,000 in missed profit. that they will recoup over the next 6 months. No extra marketing spend. Just a smarter look at pricing, costs, and where money was leaking away.

This isn’t theory. It’s what happens when you finally step back and get practical support that understands your world. I've found that the hardest part about this process for the business owners I work with, is putting their hand up to say "Hey, i do actually want some help with this area of my business". Once that hurdle is crossed, they are blown away at just how impacting these simple, but intentional actions can be on their businesses.

When it comes to profit, businesses generally don’t have a growth problem; They have a clarity problem.

If you’re busy, working hard, and still unsure why the numbers aren’t stacking up, this is for you.

In January I’m launching a new 4-week coaching program:
Plan. Price. Profit.

This is about:
• Getting clear on where your business is actually going
• Pricing properly so your effort turns into real profit margin
• Building profit on purpose, not by accident

This 4 weeks is about carving out time to work ON your business, get to know your numbers, work out how to build profit into what you’re charging, and focused work on the parts of your business that actually move the needle.

If 2026 is going to be different, the plan has to change first. I would love to be part of making next year your best year in business, yet!

Ever wondered what really happens in coaching?

Most folks picture endless spreadsheets or someone barking orders. The truth? It’s a lot more human. This morning for example, I sat down with a local business owner who admitted he’s overwhelmed and just needed a sounding board. We mapped out his week together, found two quick wins, and (yes) even laughed about the chaos of running a small team.

Coaching isn’t about fixing you. It’s about making business feel less lonely and a bit more doable.

Curious what a session looks like, or just want to chat about your own challenges? Drop a comment or send me a message. Happy to show you behind the curtain.

If you want your business to grow in 2026, you need to get ruthless about identifying what’s holding it back.

I’ve been doing some deep work with clients lately, and this image is a snapshot of one of our brain dumps. It always amazes me how quickly the real issues surface once you stop reacting to day-to-day fires and start looking at the business with a clear head. Every business has bottlenecks. A marketing gap. A capacity issue. A pricing problem. A messy workflow. A staff challenge. A system that should have been retired years ago.

These bottlenecks don’t fix themselves. They compound. They slow you down. They quietly undermine your goals even when everything looks busy on the surface.

If you want clarity, momentum, and a business that feels easier to run, you need to be mapping these bottlenecks out at least once a quarter. Step back. Look at the whole picture. Identify the constraints. Prioritise the fixes. That one simple habit will give you a clear plan for what matters most in the weeks and months ahead. It’s how you stop spinning your wheels and start building with intention.

Coming into 2026, I’m looking at offering dedicated quarterly planning sessions for business owners who want strategic direction without the commitment of a full monthly coaching program. These sessions will walk you through the exact process I use with my one-on-one clients. We’ll map out the roadblocks, clarify priorities, and set a practical, focused plan for you to action over the next 90 days.

If you know you need a more strategic set of eyes on your business and you want a structured way to stay accountable to your goals, this could be the perfect fit.

If you’re interested in hearing more, let me know and I’ll keep you in the loop as details come together.

Paul
