What came first the chicken or the egg?

Much like this widely debated question, a lot of employers ask what's more important. Skills or behaviours?

Well, we would argue that one leads to the other.

By focusing on behaviours, we can identify those green or red flags that tell us whether a skill is able to be developed.

And when you mix that with a bit of good old-fashioned training... you suddenly open up your talent pool and your future leaders.

Stop focusing the ready-made employees, look for employees with potential.
