I gave Claude a 50-minute talk I did for digital marketers, one reference video and a folder of my B-roll.

Claude went through the transcript, picked the nine best moments, then cut them, captioned them and added graphics.

Harry Parker bought a Jim's Mowing franchise at 69.

Two years later, his heart surgeon told him the work had added 10 years to his life.

Harry works about 32 hours a week. He runs 87 regular clients. He mows alongside his daughters.

He also grew revenue 30% in 12 months without adding clients.

Here is how he did so:

- Started with a 43-client split
- Lost 57 accounts over two years
- Still holds 87 regulars
- Offered more to each client: aeration, lawn food, pruning, w**d control
- Turned one $385 aeration quote into $1,300 of work
- Quotes at $120 an hour, based on time on site
- Uses Microsoft Copilot for quotes and route planning, saving at least 20 minutes a day in the car

Harry did not chase more customers. He did more for the 87 he had.

Claude Code made this short anime ad. (Sound on)

I gave it a brief and 3 character sheets from Chat GPT.

Claude did the rest:

• Cut the characters from the sheets
• Wrote the scripts for my sign-off
• Voiced Jim, plus music and sound effects
• Coded all 4,260 frames and fixed the weak ones

Being able to fully do this in Claude Code is a lot of fun and makes creating a lot more accessible to a lot of people.

In 2020, I interviewed Haydar Hussein for the first time.
He had 860 Jim's Cleaning franchisees.

Today he has over 1,700.

I sat down with him again today for the Jim's Podcast.

Always good catching up with Haydar.

A lot has changed in the Cleaning Group since we last spoke.

A new Cleaning Group HQ in the works.

A revamp of the training programme.

A plan to catch Jim's Mowing by the end of 2027.

In 2001, he bought one Jim's Cleaning franchise in Western Melbourne.

The division had 2 franchisees.

Now he runs the largest cleaning franchise in Australia, plus multiple businesses outside Jim's.

That's what's possible in Jim's.
