Wednesday Win 🏃‍♀️

This morning we showed up, pushed through, and faced the old Calder hill head on—if you know the area, you’ll know exactly what I mean. Long, cold, and a little daunting… but we didn’t back down.

We tackled the hill and still came through with a strong 5km run at a great pace. That feeling at the top? Worth every step.

Honestly… we loved it. And now we’re even more pumped for the next run.

Wednesday Win!

Today I took a step back from a busy workday and gave myself permission to slow down. I went for a long walk, grabbed a coffee, and spent some quality time with a girlfriend—no rushing, no multitasking, just being present.
It reminded me how important it is to pause, reset, and actually check in with yourself, especially in the middle of a full week.
What’s your Wednesday win?

“You know what’s more powerful than willpower?

A group of women who refuse to let you quit on yourself.

Who celebrate your wins like they’re their own. Who normalize the messy middle. Who remind you that one hard day doesn’t erase your progress.

I’ve watched women in this community transform—not just their bodies, but their entire relationship with themselves. And it’s not because they found the perfect meal plan or workout routine.

It’s because they stopped doing it alone.

Strong women rise together. And there’s a spot here for you. 💪

Easter breakfast that won’t leave you face-down in a chocolate coma by lunchtime 🐰

I love Easter, but let’s be real—hot cross buns and chocolate eggs don’t exactly keep you energised when you’ve got a house full of kids hopped up on sugar.

This high-protein breakfast idea is not just easy but yummy too
✨ Actually filling (no 10am snack attack)
✨ Family-friendly (yes, even the fussy eaters)
✨ Mum-life approved (minimal cooking, maximum energy)

Save this for your Easter planning—you’ll thank me later 🤍

This week’s win isn’t about pushing harder, doing more, or chasing numbers…

It’s about slowing down and actually listening to my body.

Resting when I need it.
Moving in ways that feel good.
Letting go of the “all or nothing” mindset.

Because progress isn’t just made in the hustle — it’s also in the pause.

And the best part? I’m still showing up. Just in a way that supports me, not drains me.

If you’ve been feeling tired, run down, or overwhelmed… this is your reminder that rest is productive too.

Wednesday win ( it’s been a while )

This week I pushed past something that’s been holding me back for way too long.

I’ve been avoiding speaking to you directly in stories because of that annoying voice in my head telling me I’d sound silly or say the wrong thing.

But here’s what I’ve learned: that negative mindset doesn’t just affect one area of your life. It creeps into everything. Your nutrition choices. Your fitness goals. How you show up for your kids. How you run your business.

So this week? I did it anyway. And I’m committing to showing up in stories a couple of times a week, even when it feels uncomfortable.

Because growth happens when we push past the fear.

Now I want to know: **What’s something that’s been holding you back that you’ve been wanting to try?**

Drop it in the comments or send me a DM. Let’s cheer each other on 💗

Strong women don’t rise by doing everything alone… they rise together.

In the early mornings when the alarm goes off for a run.
In the messy middle of motherhood.
In the moments when motivation is low and life feels full.

It’s the messages that say “you’ve got this.”
It’s the accountability.
It’s the reminder that you’re not the only one juggling it all.

Strong women support each other through the runs, the chaos of motherhood, the small wins, and the tough days. Because when one of us rises, we all rise.

And that kind of support?
That’s where the real strength lives.

Tag a woman who lifts you up.

How’s this?

6 weeks. 5.6kg down. But the biggest change isn’t just the number on the scale.

Over the past 6 weeks she’s been learning how to properly fuel her body — not restrict it, not punish it — but nourish it in a way that actually supports her lifestyle.

The result?
More energy.
More confidence.
Clothes fitting better.
And that feeling of finally being back in her own skin again.

And of course… everyone around her is noticing too. The “you look amazing!” comments have definitely started rolling in.

But what I’m most proud of is the mindset shift. She’s building habits that actually last — learning how to eat well, feel good, and still enjoy life without the all-or-nothing approach.

This is what sustainable progress looks like.

If you’re ready to start feeling this good too, send me a message or drop a “READY” in the comments and I’ll reach out. Your journey can start today.
