As the psychology team leader for WA, with influence on a national basis, you will influence clinical governance and quality of performance outcomes for all psychology services.
As a hands-on leader initially with your own clinical load, you will mentor psychologists with varied experience levels within each clinic location. Experience and knowledge of the Disability Services industry and positive behaviour support practices is very important.
An experienced senior psychologist success in this role is assured as you have:
- managed the ongoing success of clinical training programs
- successfully implemented psychology competencies, protocols and guidelines
