Eight years ago: a laptop in one hand, a baby on my lap.

Today A***n packs his own bag and comes along on work trips.

Somewhere in between, SKG became a team. Nine women at the core, plus many more around

them. Between them: school runs, festivals, families, travel, lives that don't pause for deadlines. Not one client has ever felt it.

We never wrote flexibility into a policy. We just trusted people to own their work, and for eight years they have.

The lesson: a team that never has to trade its personal life for the job gives back more than you ask for.

Eight years. Thank you, team. 💙
