Friday surprise present! Great to get home from work and have some goodies to unwrap.

Batch 2 of the 18rg flanges came in, and they have some friends with them.
2tg flanges also available now, 2 of the 3 already accounted for.
(As people know the Toyota T motors share alot of things so these flanges also work on other motors like 3tg etc.)

Laser cutting for R motor exhausts.

18r-g
18r-c
General round flanges

All made out of C250 steel plate and 12mm thick for extra warp resistance.
Leaves plenty of meat for surfacing operations once welded.

A quick test fit for the RC shows it all fits minus a few small modifications that can be done by hand.

I'll have to get the block out later for a full mockup but looks promising.

I'll be offering these for sale soon.

I can also organise custom flanges and cutting if you need.
Just send me your requirements and I'll get you a price.

Ra40 B series Celica GT Badges
Fras M Jay has been helping me get the paint right.

They will be sold with screws and double sided foam tape.

The back is multi colour filament printed in ASA and the Letters are plastic primed and painted with automotive spray paint.

They are available painted, unpainted, as a kit of 2 or singles.

There are 3 versions
Front
Rear Liftback (flat back)
Rear Coupe (curved back)

Prices as below.

Painted Set - $100
Unpainted Set -$75
Painted Single -$65
Unpainted Single -$45

I can post these most places in the world if needed.
