Made a delicious red sauce beef with rissoni tonight — the flavour was amazing… but let’s just say the process got a little too hot to handle! 😅

Yes, that’s me with two fingers wrapped up because I managed to burn myself mid-stir — clearly, I put too much passion into my cooking! 😂

But hey, the food turned out delicious, and that’s what counts, right? (Next time I’ll try to keep both the sauce and myself from boiling over! 😆)

Moral of the story: sometimes great things come with a few burns along the way — in the kitchen and in life! ❤️‍🔥

☀️🌧️ Only in Melbourne! Yesterday it was 30 degrees, and today I’m reaching for my jacket and umbrella.

If that’s not a reminder that nothing stays the same, I don’t know what is! 😄

Life’s a bit like this Melbourne weather — full of unexpected changes. One moment it’s all sunshine and warmth, and the next, you’re caught in the rain. But that’s what keeps things interesting, isn’t it?

So instead of fighting the changes, I’ve learned to embrace them. Whether it’s the weather or life itself, every shift brings something new — growth, lessons, and maybe even a few good laughs along the way.
