Arriving in Australia in 2016 marked the beginning of a new chapter for me. Within a week, I stepped into my first retail job and life started to settle into a positive rhythm.

In 2018, after my child was born, my priorities naturally shifted. I moved into childcare work so I could stay closer to my child during their early years. I worked as an assistant teacher in a kinder room, and I was able to support my child through kindergarten while continuing my career in a balanced way.

Everything changed again in 2024 when my child started school. The daily routine of drop-offs, pick-ups, and before/after school care became overwhelming, and I found myself wanting a more flexible way of working.

That’s when I made a decision to learn something new and start a home-based business in December 2024. With no prior experience, it took me around six months of consistent learning and effort to understand the system and build confidence.

The goal was simple: to create something that allows me to work from home while being present for my child.

Today, I’m running my business successfully from home and building the lifestyle I was working towards—one that offers flexibility, independence, and family time.

This journey has taught me that with the right mindset, clear goals, and consistency, it is possible to create a new path for yourself, even from zero.

7 Years Ago… My Life Looked Very Different

I was working as a kindergarten teacher in Australia.
My husband and I were both working—day and night shifts.
Busy. Tired. Constantly chasing time.

Every morning, I would leave for work…
Every evening, he would be waiting at the door.
And when I got home… he would leave for his shift.

That was our life.

one day…

After work, around 6:15 PM,
I went to after-school care to pick up my son.

He was sitting quietly in the corner… alone.

He looked at me and said:
“Mum… why did you come in the dark? Everyone already went home…”

💔 That moment broke me.

That was my wake-up call.

I chose to change my life.
I worked hard… but this time, with purpose.
