We have finally put a name around something weve been doing for a long time.
It’s called ShowOps, and the website is now live.
The work itself is simple to describe.
we spend time inside aged-care kitchens and dining rooms during normal service, quietly observing how things actually run — not how they’re meant to run on paper.
You start to notice small patterns:
How people adjust when it gets busy,
Where shortcuts creep in,
What becomes “normal” over time.
Those observations have been the basis of a lot of what Peter Gray has written over the years.
This just gives that way of working a clear name.
