Today’s launch of the Tom Ashmor Foundation was one of those moments, grounded, thoughtful and genuinely future-focused. Thank you to Kate Ashmor for your openness, your energy and for your vision to honour Tom's legacy.

Hearing Steve Sammartino speak reinforced something we see time and again in our work: real impact doesn’t come from big promises, it comes from practical access, early intervention and people who are willing to back ideas before they’re fully formed.

Two public primary schools. Real STEM programs. Tangible change already happening in classrooms, not someday, but now.

At The Baobab Agency, we exist to support exactly this kind of work:

Today, we met with Victoria Police again.

These meetings are never easy but they matter.

At The Baobab Agency, some of the most important work we do happens quietly, over time, alongside people who refuse to give up. Supporting Margie Thomas, her daughters, and so many others connected to Eloise Worledge’s story has never been about headlines. It’s about persistence, trust, and a shared determination to find answers, any answers, after more than five decades.

Advocacy like this is slow, complex and emotionally heavy. But it is also deeply human. It reminds me why I believe so strongly in standing beside people who have been unheard, overlooked or forgotten.

From little seeds, big things grow, especially when people keep showing up.
