Introducing Erin Weller, the newest member of our team. Erin, is a bubbly, confident 22-year-old woman in Lilydale with several years of experience supporting children and at-risk teenagers with ASD & ADHD. Erin is fun, caring, communicative and intelligent and is currently studying a neuroscience degree.

Erin has capacity to take on new clients ASAP.

Hey there fellas, are you looking for an opportunity to get outdoors and active in a social environment?
If you are between 18-50, we'd love for you to meet our small, friendly, and inclusive team of blokes who enjoy catching up every Friday morning from 9 a.m. to explore trails and outdoor activities around the Dandenongs (Eastern Melbourne). Sometimes followed by a coffee and chat.
If it helps, we can come and meet you first or you can bring a familiar person for your first few meetups with us.

Only moderate physical fitness is required.

Transport may be available upon request.

Charged from NDIS funding - no out-of-pocket expense.

Did you know that even just a visit to your local park or nearby nature can re-energise your body, re-focus your brain, regulate your mood, stimulate creativity, and ease the worries of the week. It's really good for you! And even better when you do it with someone who cares. Venture Together is support service in the Yarra Valley with an emphasis on the great outdoors! Some call it nature or eco-therapy, others just call it having fun, but here at Venture Together we know that connecting to nature is a pathway to feeling good!

Do you want someone to help you connect to nature, listen and support you to achieve your goals? Our growing team of qualified support workers have availabilities and would love to organise a meet and greet with you. Micah lives in Ringwood and has availability on Thursday and Friday through the day. Phoenix lives in Warburton and has shifts available through the week, especially on Thursdays. Josh will have Monday and Tuesday shifts from November.
