- Rest assured with Assured Administration I started Assured Administration when I was 37 weeks pregnant with my first child.

I had been a Personal Assistant at McMahon Services for 4 years and was given the opportunity to do my role as a Sub-Contractor. McMahon's helped me set up my own business and were my first client and remain as my largest. I also do work as a Clerk for Assured Conveyancing and a few small home based businesses. For the past 3 years I have managed a Corporate Villa at the Clipsal 500. This included

arranging food and beverage, branding for businesses within the villa and the sale of tickets. I am present on all days of the race to ensure everyone is taken care of and having a great time. I am able to provide you with high quality service and can assist you with anything related to administration and small event planning.

Thrilled to announce that I’ve accepted a full-time role with Ray White Mt Barker.

I can hear some of you thinking, “Property Management?” No, that hat has been well and truly retired! This new role is one I genuinely look forward to starting each day, focusing on Operations across Finance and HR.

The position is split across two outstanding businesses, Ray White Mt Barker and Adelaide Hills Home Loans I look forward to working closely with Ryan Keatley to help take both businesses to the next level.

I welcome the challenge of growing Adelaide Hills Home Loans and wish both businesses a thriving and successful 2026.

I’m grateful for the opportunity Ryan has given me and the trust he has placed in me as we work toward the next chapter of both businesses.

With respect to my business Assured Administration, it will continue with a select number of ongoing projects. At this time, I am transitioning into this new chapter and remain focused on the opportunities ahead.

For the first time in over seven years, I took the Christmas period off and it was incredible. No calls about maintenance, invoices, or landlord issues. With so much going on within our family, this break was long overdue. And it allowed me to focus on what was important.

I’m heading into the new year feeling light and content, enjoying uninterrupted time with Zayne. Over the next few weeks, I’ll soak up this time before stepping into my new role. Until then, I’ll be down here as often as I like, with no expectations. .

Back in November, after nearly 25 years in the Property Management profession, I’ve made the heartfelt decision to close this chapter of my career. It’s been a journey marked by growth, resilience, and countless experiences that have shaped both my professional path and the person I am today.

For the past 10 + years, I’ve had the privilege of managing a commercial portfolio. An opportunity that brought meaningful challenges, invaluable lessons, and memories I will always carry with me. I am deeply grateful for the colleagues, clients, and trades who have been part of this chapter and who have contributed to my development in ways both big and small.

Looking ahead, 2026 will bring a new role, and I’m excited to share more about this next step soon. While change is never easy, I feel content with my decision and ready for what’s to come.

In the meantime, I’m looking forward to giving myself a break after so many years of being on call, taking time to rest, enjoy the school holidays with Zayne & Heylen, and focus on what matters most: my family.

Celebrating 15 Years in Business 🎉

Today marks 15 years since this journey began, and I’m so grateful for everyone who has been part of it. To my clients, past and present, thank you. Each collaboration, whether short-term or long-term, has taught me valuable lessons and shaped the work I do today.

Running a business isn’t always easy. Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve had moments of questioning myself and the path I’m on. But those challenges have been just as important as the wins, they’ve pushed me to grow, adapt, and keep moving forward.

As we step into year 16, I’m excited about what’s ahead. I’ve been working on something new behind the scenes. While the launch has been delayed (sometimes the universe has other plans), I can’t wait to share it with you soon.

Here’s to continued growth, learning, and the next chapter!

2024 was a year of both growth and challenges for me. I made the big move from Adelaide (SA) to Cleveland (QLD), with the amazing support of my clients. While the transition was smooth, there were some unexpected hurdles.

Most of my work is online, but there are definitely moments where face-to-face interactions make all the difference. From evictions to HR issues to difficult conversations, there were times I wished I could have been there in person. I often felt disconnected from the teams I work with and had moments when I wondered if I could have prevented something if I'd been physically present.

But on the flip side, 2024 also showed me that Assured Administration could be run from anywhere. I spent a lot of time on planes this past year —something I'm not exactly fond of. I get frustrated with the chaos of people and their carry-on luggage, and the time it takes to board and disembark. But over time, I learned to board last, put on a good movie, and just go with it. I realised that I couldn't control other people's actions, but I could control my response.

This year also reinforced a valuable lesson I learned from a very successful businessman, David McMahon: "Business is business, don't take anything personally." This advice hit home when I had to part ways with someone I considered both a friend and a client, only to find they were neither. As soon as I made the decision to end the working relationship, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders, and David's words echoed in my mind.

As I reflect on the year, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all my clients, team members, and of course, my incredible husband, who held down the fort while I traveled back and forth to Adelaide and Sydney. Everyone's support has meant the world to me. I’m humbled by the kind messages and emails I've received recently.

Looking ahead to 2025, I'm excited to continue working with my current clients, welcome a new client in Sydney, and even dive into further studies!

Last week, I flew to Adelaide for the 2024 Annual Ray White Awards. It's my favourite day of the year (after my Bday 😂)
It's a night to get dressed up, have my hair & makeup done, and celebrate the teams' past 12 months hard work! took out many incredible awards. Including No.1️⃣ Regional office in SA for the third year in a row, Nicole Walker , cleaned up as Number 1 Sales Agent for amount of sales in SA and 3rd for Ray White International. Such a fun night. 💛🖤💛
