Now you see it, now you don't. The sneaky hidden cellar behind the fireplace at our Settlers Run project is one of the client's favourite features.
A cellar like this is a popular ask on a lot of the homes we build - ” practical, but it's also just fun to open.

This project was a full demolition and rebuild, tucked among the vines of Paringa Estate.

Dark timbers, black granite floors, and a 10,000-bottle cellar built in below ground. A lot of detail to manage from early planning right through to handover, and a great one to have worked on with .

Vertical battens going up under the curved awning at Barristers this week. They're spaced out to give privacy without shutting out the sensational water view. Following that curve meant ensuring adequate packing and perfectly angled cleats in the steel for preparation. The pre-planning all paid off when we saw how stunning they were going into place.
