Hi All. As some of you may know I have a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and I would like to inform you all of one of the most valuable training opportunities a worker or a business can pursue is the BSB41412 Certificate IV Work Health and Safety (WHS).

For workers, it is a nationally-recognised qualification that can be used in any industry and builds knowledge and skills, not just in health and safety, but in identifying and managing issues, problem-solving, delivering safe services or safe production.

For employing businesses, it is training that can improve legal and regulatory compliance, reduce injuries, save costs (from incidents, claims and WorkCover rates), manage risks, increase productivity and enhance the business’ reputation.

Our RTO is authorised to provide this training under the Victorian Training Guarantee, which aims to make vocational training more accessible to people who do not hold a post-school qualification, or who want to gain a higher level qualification than they already hold. So you may be eligible for government-subsidised training.
