We’re pleased to confirm that our Head Office in Murarrie will reopen on Tuesday, 11th March, resuming normal operations.

Our Brisbane, Ipswich and Gold Coast retail stores will open, pending their individual school safety assessments. Our Sunshine Coast sites have remained open as usual and will continue trading.

Sunday 9th March 📢 Important Update: Temporary Office & Retail Closure Due to Cyclone Alfred 🌪️

To the SEQ community and school partners,

We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and managing through the challenges brought by ex-Cyclone Alfred. Our thoughts are with everyone affected during this time.

Due to ongoing weather impacts, all UMS SEQ retail stores will remain closed on Monday, 10th March, except for our Sunshine Coast sites, which will continue to trade as usual unless otherwise advised.

Our Head Office in Murarrie will also remain closed on Monday. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have an urgent matter, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at [email protected].

Important Update for Rochedale SHS Uniform Shop

Hello Rochedale SHS families! We want to inform you that the Rochedale campus uniform shop will be temporarily closed for scheduled school maintenance. But don’t worry, we've got you covered!

📍 Visit Us at Murarrie: For all your uniform needs, please visit our Murarrie location. We are open for in-person fittings, and you can find the available times on our updated website.

👕 Fit Range Available at the School Admin Building: From 8:00am - 9:15am Tuesday and Thursday, a fit range will be available to try on.

📦 Flexible Pickup Options: You can now pick up your uniforms directly from the school twice a week, choose our click and collect service at the Murarrie shop or get these delivered to your home.

👀 Stay Updated: For more details, visit our website where we’ve updated all the information regarding the temporary closure, Murarrie details, and new pick-up options.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this period and are here to help make this transition as smooth as possible. Thank you for your continued support.
