We currently have two opportunities available:
• Full-Time Farm Hand- (Irrigation & Cropping)
• Seasonal Casual Farm Hand- (Silage, Hay & Grain harvest)
Immediate start required for season casual position
Echuca, Victoria
We are a progressive, family-owned agricultural business based in Echuca, Victoria. Our operations include irrigated summer and winter cropping, silage contracting, and a beef feedlot.
We are currently seeking two motivated and reliable team members, to join our growing team.
Full-Time Farm Hand-
We are looking for a full-time, long-term team member to join our on-farm team. This role is primarily focused on our irrigated cropping enterprise, with a mix of machinery operation, irrigation and general farm duties.
Duties include:
•Self-propelled boom spray operations (extensive experience essential)
•Irrigation (pivot, lateral and flood)
•Operating a range of modern farm machinery and equipment
•Servicing, maintaining and cleaning machinery
•Irrigation infrastructure maintenance
•General farm duties as required
Applicants with mechanical, welding, steel fabrication experience will be highly regarded.
Seasonal Casual: Immediate start preferred
This role will be based around our busy silage season and involve all aspects of pit silage production, including:
•Forage harvesting operations
• Carting and rolling silage
• Machinery operation and maintenance
Following silage season, work will continue through:
• Grain harvest
• Lucerne hay and straw baling
• Ongoing cropping and feedlot operations
• Long hours during peak season
•Opportunity for a long-term position for the right person.

About You
The ideal candidate will:
• Have extensive experience operating farm machinery (essential)
• Be mechanically minded and willing to learn
• Self driven and strong attention to detail
• Take pride in maintaining equipment
• Work well both independently and as part of a team
• Hold a current driver’s license- truck license valuable
•Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
