We are incredibly proud to recognise our Founder & CEO, Colette Giha Carella, and her involvement with the Special Olympics Asia Pacific in Singapore.
Being part of an event that celebrates the abilities, determination and achievements of people with disabilities is something truly special. It also represents the power of inclusion, collaboration and community — values that are very close to our hearts at Equal Ground Support Services.
Colette’s contribution and commitment to supporting people with disability extend beyond the work we do every day. Seeing her participate alongside so many passionate people who are working to create opportunities, break down barriers and champion inclusion across the Asia Pacific region is something we are very proud to celebrate.

Equal Grounds Support Services is seeking reliable and friendly Domestic Assistants/Cleaners to support our NDIS participants and aged care clients in their homes.

This is a rewarding opportunity to help people maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment while making a real difference in their daily lives.

Areas include:

📍 Griffin
📍 Redcliffe
📍 Rothwell
📍 Deception Bay
📍 Kallangur
📍 Murrumba Downs
📍 Chermside
📍 Everton Park
📍 Ferny Grove
📍 Samford

📍 Surrounding North Brisbane & Moreton Bay suburbs

Duties may include:

🧹 General household cleaning
🧺 Laundry and linen changes
🛏️ Bed making
🛒 Light household assistance
✨ Helping maintain a clean, welcoming home environment

We're looking for people who are:

✔ Detail-oriented
✔ Passionate about supporting others

Previous cleaning or domestic assistance experience is desirable but not essential.
