Things got pretty competitive around the dessert table at Rarekind🧑‍🍳

Each May, we come together to host our own Biggest Morning Tea across all Rarekind offices, raising funds for a charity chosen by our Rarekinders.

This year? We raised funds for Nova for Women and Children.

They're a Newcastle-based organisation doing seriously important work for women escaping domestic and family violence in our community.

Great cause? Tick.
Great people? Tick.
An unreasonable amount of baked goods? Very big tick 🍰

Not every career move is about climbing the corporate ladder.

Sometimes it’s about finding the right fit.

Justin wasn’t just looking for another role. He was after a reset. A move from Sydney to Newcastle, and a shift in pace.
