TK Distributors is a well established and fast-growing Electrical Distribution Business based in Newcastle. We are on the lookout for a Pricing Administration Officer to join our dedicated team.

Specialising in harsh environment electrical products, supplying to the Mining, Oil/Gas, Transit and Solar industries, we service a nation wide customer base.



Permanent Part-Time Position in a family-owned business. Flexible school hours.



The ideal candidate will have previous experience in product pricing or purchasing with a high attention to detail. Alternatively you may have previous experience in higher level administration roles. Product familiarisation and ERP system training will be provided.

As this is a part time role its ideally suited to someone looking to work during school hours.

Ideally 5 Hours Per Day, 5 Days Per Week.

Summary of requirements for applicants:

Reliable, enthusiastic and a quick learner a must!
You must possess a can-do attitude and demonstrate a professional attitude and commitment to your work.
Adherence to company processes and procedures
The ability to function autonomously and as part of our larger team
Aptitude to learn and interpret our product range
Professional phone and email manner
Computer skills essential, Microsoft Office and ERP or similar accounting / inventory software
Extensive experience with Excel
Valid Motor Vehicle Driver’s License and own reliable transport.


The role includes but is not limited to the following tasks:

- Maintain pricing across product range from multiple suppliers

- Maintain product database and enforce Naming Conventions

- Maintain customer pricing agreements

- Liaising with suppliers - International and Domestic

- Attend and contribute to team meetings

- Liaise with internal sales as required

- Add and/or update Products, Customers and Contacts

- Liaise with Purchasing and Warehouse Departments
