A couple of things tickled our funnybones this week -

1 - a certain suburban council who claim the moniker "the home of cycling" recently removed all bicycle lanes from their streets

2 - that same council also recently made their main st 'smoke free" ... but forgot to remove the publlc ashtrays attached to every bin.

The moral of our mirth ?

If you create strategy ensure it is complete otherwise you may end up looking (insert preferred adjective here)

We're seeing an explosion of this sort of marketing online at the moment, the problem is ... how would their 'inner circle clients' feel about competitors accessing for nothing what they pay big bucks for ?

It's an old (but still important) principle to treat your existing clients better than those you are pursuing. Otherwise, what's the benefit and where's the loyalty ?
