𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

You’ll often be the first point of contact for our customers when they call us, and a key part of our operations. This role blends customer service, administration, scheduling, and light operational coordination.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:
• Answering phones, handling enquiries, and providing a warm, professional customer experience
• Managing daily office operations (opening/closing the office, supplies, organising the workspace)
• Scheduling appointments, site visits, installs, and team calendars
• Attending to customers on site if required (ideal to have your own car, otherwise we have one you can use as needed for the role)
• Supporting the quoting and sales process (no cold calling) by assisting with quotes and follow ups
• Liaising with installers, suppliers, warehouse team, and internal staff
• Updating CRM systems, preparing documents, and keeping records accurate
• Following up with customers pre- and post-install
• Helping maintain our high standards of service and communication
• Supporting management with admin tasks as needed
• Managing deliveries, stock arrivals, and job documentation coordination
• Contributing to a positive, uplifting office vibe
