🌉 Bridge to Brisbane 2025 – What a Day! 🏃‍♂️💙

Yesterday, the MG Assessing team took part in the annual Bridge to Brisbane, and it was an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere was electric, the team spirit was strong and energetic, it was fantastic to be part of such a vibrant community event.

🌉🏃‍♀️ MG Assessing is taking on the Bridge to Brisbane! 🏃‍♂️🌉

We’re proud to be lacing up our runners and hitting the pavement on Sunday, 14th September to support the Children’s Hospital Foundation.

🏌️‍♂️Our team at MG Assessing was proud to attend the inaugural Jack Watts Legacy Golf Day in support of the incredible work of the Mater Foundation. This year’s event raised an impressive $103,101.83, contributing to a milestone achievement of over $1M raised since 2009. 🎉

As a company, we loved being part of this fantastic day, surrounded by inspiring individuals and a shared commitment to making a difference. 💙 We deeply value the Mater's dedication to improving the lives of those facing cancer diagnoses, and we are honored to support such a meaningful cause.

Co-Founder and Director of MG Assessing Darryl Greig swapped the laptop for a Coastguard vessel on Saturday and participated in a training exercise with multiple emergency services crews.
Darryl is a dedicated member of Coast Guard Redland Bay - QF7 and regularly is out on the water ensuring the safety of boaties on beautiful Redland Bay ⛴️🌊

🌸 Celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness Month at MG Assessing 🌸

In October, MG Assessing joined the fight against breast cancer with a month dedicated to awareness, support, and community. Through various events and morning teas, we came together as a team to honor those affected and to raise awareness about the importance of early detection and research.

A special thank you to Sweet N Flour for the beautiful breast cancer-themed cookies that brightened our events, and to Little Flamingo for their delicious and thoughtfully crafted platters that everyone enjoyed. Special mention to our friends at ATL Insurance Group for the invitation to the Aviso Broking Breast Cancer Morning tea!

At McNamara Greig, we are incredibly proud to support our employee, Sasha Kurtes, a dedicated volunteer firefighter. Recently, we were honoured to attend the 2024 Volunteer Employer Recognition Awards hosted by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services WA. Our Assessing Manager, Jason Keogh, flew to Perth to accept an award that recognises our commitment to enabling Sasha the flexibility to attend fire calls when needed.

We love giving back to the community and are proud to support emergency services volunteers, whose selflessness keeps our communities safe. These vital services, made up of more than 95% volunteers, play an essential role in protecting our environment and local communities. We feel so privileged that we are able to contribute this way and we commend Sasha and every volunteer member on their incredible bravery. Well done to all involved! 👏
