Public warning: Do not deal with Coffee Machines Beans and Service Pty Ltd, an online trader supplying and distributing coffee beans, coffee machines and associated hardware to consumers in Australia.
Since October 2024 NSW Fair Trading has received 17 complaints against the trader with a total consumer detriment of $52,957, relating to pre-paid online orders with concerns that:
❌ consumers are not informed at the time of purchase that goods are required to be sourced from overseas
❌ there are substantial delays in receiving goods ordered
❌ goods are not delivered
❌ the trader ceases communication when consumers request a refund
