👑✨ SYDNEY GLITZMAS AGE GROUPS ✨👑

A little reminder about our age groups! ❤️

The age groups shown in our Sydney Glitzmas handbook and this post are GUIDELINES ONLY and are NOT the final age groups.

🎄 AGE GROUPS ARE NOT FINALISED UNTIL ENTRIES CLOSE. 🎄

As more contestants enter, we can reduce the number of ages within each group to create smaller and more competitive divisions.

For example, if we have enough contestants in a particular age range, we may split a group into single-age divisions — meaning contestants could compete against others who are the same age. 👑✨

This is actually currently happening with our Totally Rad 80s Pageant this October, where we have enough entries to make further age-group divisions possible!

We always look at the final number of contestants, ages and overall balance before locking in the divisions. Our goal is to make the groups as fair and competitive as possible for everyone. ❤️

The more contestants who enter, the more opportunity we have to create smaller age groups!

📸 GLITZ & CO — OUR AI PHOTO POLICY

We wanted to take a moment to clarify Glitz & Co’s position regarding AI-generated and AI-enhanced photography. 👑

We have a no-AI policy for competition photography, including AI-generated or materially AI-altered photos, backgrounds and toppers.

This includes, but is not limited to:
• AI-generated photographs for submission into competitions
• AI-generated backgrounds
• AI-generated or digitally created toppers
• AI-generated facial features or alterations
• AI-generated hair, clothing or accessories
• AI-enhanced images that materially change the contestant or create elements that were not actually present in the original photograph.

Our policy simply ensures that the contestant being judged is genuinely represented in their submitted image and that the same rules apply fairly to everyone.

This has been present and written into our handbook for over 12 months and is a policy we will not be changing.

This isn’t a reflection on the incredible creators, topper designers, editors and photographers within our industry — we absolutely celebrate and support their creativity and talent! ✨ Their skills are a huge part of what makes pageantry so special.

We respect that other organisations may have different rules, but these are the standards we have chosen for the Glitz & Co system.

This policy is only in place for our Jackpot Photo Entries.
Which include:
- Natural Headshots
- Glitz Headshots
- Creatives / Covermodel images

And what makes this achievement even more incredible… Mikaela was the youngest competitor in the entire Top 10, finishing an amazing 8th overall at just 2 years old! 🥹💗
