A clients of ours newly purchased asset that needed the “once over” & defect report provided. A list of the bad & missing items were then addressed including electrical upgrades & repairs, oil samples and complete operational functionality checks, this positrac now functions just like it did off the assembly line. Keeping things OEM & stock!! 👌🏻🔧👍🏻

CAT D6T XL- New OEM idlers installed this week with no compromise for cheap imitations. These “RUN TO LIFE” idlers were priced equally with those of the aftermarket industry but backed with OEM quality & parts warranty. This is what we like to see-Quality parts & Workmanship!!!! 👍🏻🔧👌🏻. All completed onsite & ready for work. !! No torque wrenches were harmed during filming of this job!! 🔧

Just some getting through some more D6R improvements. This time it was a failed/ leaking trans pump. After an on-site rebuild plus some new correct OEM hose it was finished off with a powertrain assessment including accumulator adjustment, trans calibration & brake touch-up calibration to tap it on its way! Quality Caterpillar Independent repairs!!!!!!👌🏻👌🏻 🔧

Cat 232d skiddy with the fly-by wire Perkins throttle & not the Kubota C3 series. This unit was consistently shutting down unexpectedly with no codes etc. After tracing all the wiring circuits involved & tests, a new actuator was the only solution due to the exposed wiring from the previous part. We’re also on the hi t for the root cause of the drive motor faults with metal particles found on the R/H drive motor that was replaced only 1 years ago. Calibrations completed & sent back to work. 🤙🏻🤘🏻 🔧

It was that time again. Finding “whack a mole” on which injector was leaking this time on a tired old C9. With the right OEM tools & equipment it makes it look like a walk in the park 👌🏻 🔧

Remember as small fee goes a long way prior to purchasing any CAT equipment, with over 20years of CAT product knowledge, we have the service programs & tooling to provide an honest report & evaluation on your next purchase & what may be needed to improve the quality of your newly purchased asset.

Another day in the landfill heap repairing this crank seal group after a previous mechanic used standard 10.9 grade bolts & not the required 11.9 specified bolts. Well you get that. All tools on hand in the work truck to have this dozer turned around in just a couple of hours!
