Experience the intensity of ODYSSEY live, an original (loosely modern-day adaptation of Homer’s Odyssey) . A tale of an epic saga across the seas, with a unique soundtrack performed live.
This is a completely original story that is not following the original Greek Odyssey story line, it has loose inspirations of a man’s journey of self discovery.
It has nothing in common with the recent movie the Odyssey. Pushing past a re adaptation of common material into new areas of exploration.
A violent encounter has Takhar escaping over the seas to a remote village on-top of the Ethiopian highlands where he falls in love. Flashbacks and strange visions of Space create unease. The past catches up to Takhar, leaving him at a crossroads, with no easy path ahead.
Live music with inspirations stemming from Hans Zimmer, Beethoven, Vangelis, ranging from Classical to Hip Hop music. Visuals through latest technologies with huge LED screen, concert lighting and a soundtrack performed live through Piano and Synthesised sounds by Donovan Fisher.

Odyssey blurs the lines between the fine art forms, incorporating fine arts Created by Donovan Fisher Painting, Film, Music, using huge LED SCREEN for 3d animation, live Synthesised sounds to tell a unique story written and directed for Film.
The show brings this unique production to Perth at the Regal Theatre.
Original artworks will be on display and for sale in the Regal Theatre foyer before the show an hour before the event starts.
