GTI SECURES SIGNIFICANT NEW URANIUM PROJECT IN WYOMING, 10 MILES FROM CAMECO’S SMITH RANCH-HIGHLAND ISR URANIUM FACILITY.

- Significant mineral claims secured via staking of ~8,000 acres in Wyoming’s prolific Powder River Basin, ISR uranium district.

- Claims located within 10 miles of Cameco’s Smith Ranch-Highland ISR uranium production plant – the largest production site in Wyoming.

- Located in proximity to 5 permitted ISR uranium production facilities & several satellite uranium deposits, all within ~50 miles.

AIRBORNE GEOPHYSICS FOR GREEN MOUNTAIN IN APRIL & MAIDEN URANIUM RESOURCE FOR GREAT DIVIDE BASIN ON TRACK FOR END OF MARCH.

- Extensive airborne geophysical survey to commence in April 2023 at the Green Mountain Uranium Projects in Wyoming.

- Recent analysis of historical drilling and follow-up ground reconnaissance confirms the presence of uranium mineralisation located in the Battle Springs formation which is known to host ISR amenable mineralisation.

- The survey is designed to advance and prioritise high priority exploration targets.

- Drilling of high priority targets at Green Mountain scheduled for the 2nd half of 2023.

- GTI is on track to deliver a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate for its Great Divide Basin project by the end of Q1 2023.

QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT

- Total projected roll front trends at GTI’s GDB projects increased to 7.5 miles (39,614 ft).

- New mineralised trend found within lease Section 29 with best hole a strong GT of 2.55.

- 2.65 miles of new projected roll front trends discovered at Odin, Teebo & Loki with best hole to date 0.78 GT vs. target 0.2 GT cut-off.

- Best hole to date with a sum 71.5 feet of average 0.034% (range 0.021%-0.142%) eU3O 8 with a total hole GT of 2.55, mineralized depths between 270 – 494 feet.

- 29 of 33 holes drilled across Odin, Teebo & Loki encountered uranium mineralisation.

-Mineralisation conducive to ISR recovery with water table 100-200 ft above host sands.
