It was an absolute pleasure to deliver the afternoon session for Aspire Performance Training on Stress and Mental Health in Real Estate, earlier this week, backing onto a session by the amazing Rajiv Rajan.

WHS/Stress & Mental Health go hand in hand, and it's important to remember and recognise that its OK not to be OK.

Recognising triggers for stress along with underlying fears is crucial to mental well being as is doing a regular "brain" update!

🌟🌟Food for thought: We update our smart devices as soon as an update comes out, without thinking. It's time to take that same care with the most important smart device of all - our brains, and make it a priority to keep it in great health!🌟🌟
